Medium logs
Each medium sandalwood (Santalum spicatum) log is unique in size and shape. Having reached maturity, the heartwood in each piece is rich with essential oil.
These medium size logs have been tumble cleaned. This method of cleaning can leave the outer white wood slightly rough in places with some markings resulting from the tumbling process.. The white wood is easily sanded if a smooth surface is desired.
Each medium size log is approximately 110 x 300mm long.

Long logs

Large logs
These large sandalwood (Santalum spicatum) logs are extremely rare, taking hundreds of years to develop into beautiful pieces. Cleaning with high pressure water leaves the skin of the timber beautifully presented with a smooth, natural glow.
The size of each piece varies depending on availability. Logs range from from 160 x 300mm long and up to 260 x 600mm long.
